A Constitutional Amendment that

Protects Civil Liberties

The Uniting Amendment is the comprehensive Amendment

to the Constitution of the United States that

protects our rights –

everywhere and at any time.

It prevents the government from interfering with our right to

speak, assemble and protest; and it limits the

power to detain and arrest.

It prevents the government from spying on it's

own citizens and it puts a check on the Supreme Court

so they can't erode our civil liberties.

The Amendment includes many other provisions to

reestablish a government that values fairness and freedom,

and has the integrity and compassion to move America forward.
